There is no way to describe what being here means & what it accomplishes for your soul and sense of well being. This was our first trip to St. Barths & I hope not our last. To say it was all perfect seems an overstatement, but it isn't. The people are gracious, the villa and island are beautiful and we hope to return soon.

We love the gorgeous views & the morning sunlight over the blue water. St. Barts is a totally unique, charming island. From the unspoiled beauty of Grand Saline beach, to the sound of little jeeps climbing the steep hills, to the fresh taste of the incredible mussels at La Marine, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our two week stay in St. Barts was a fantastic time. St. Barts is truly beautiful with its hilly terrain, beautiful beaches and crystal water. The highlight of our stay was Villa Affriole. We typically stay in hotels on vacation and never enjoy the freedom and luxury offered at Villa Affriole. The view from the terrace never gets old. The openness of the living areas allow total relaxation while cool breezes are blowing through. It was a totally satisfying experience. A hotel is a place to stay but this villa is somewhere we wanted to be. From the day we arrived we started talking about our next trip to St. Barts and Villa Affriole.

Paradise.....simply Paradise! We left our hectic life of carpools, cooking, cleaning etc. to arrive in St. Barts where the minute you step off the plane everything seemed to just fade away. Then we arrived at Villa Affriole and we knew that this would be the most perfect, relaxed vacation ever. From the spectacular views, great food and magnificent beaches we couldn't ask for more. Your book guided us through our week and we were never disappointed. Your home is not only beautiful but filled with tranquility. Another beatiful two weeks in St. Barts and Villa Affriole. Our second visit even more enjoyable than the first. In fact, it is unlikely that we will ever again stay in a hotel in this part of the world. Villa Affriole is just wonderful. It is so nicely decorated and very relaxing. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, we loved to listen to the surf. The beaches are all so beautiful and the water so turquoise in color and very warm. We had the chance to experience Mardi Gras Carnival. Our ten day vacation just flew by too quickly. We plan to come back and visit this island of paradise.
